Pulse 週報把掃描發現依「規則 × 元素」分組，同一個元素出現在多頁只算一個問題；再對照操作事件、與上週的比較和 Signal 回報，告訴你先修哪裡、要看哪個元素。先看線索，再實際操作確認原因；報告不會直接判定使用者是否完成任務。
報告本體維持英文，因為實際寄出的信件就是英文。周圍的說明文字則跟隨你的介面語言。

這份報告不是什麼
它是分類與排序的輔助，不是符合性判定。問題依掃描的影響程度排序；同一個元素上有重複出現的互動訊號（至少 3 次瀏覽、跨 2 天）時提高一級。Signal 回報要另外查看。機器掃描只抓得到部分問題，未列出的頁面不等於已檢查；具體的任務受阻回報即使沒有進入清單，也應安排確認。
操作事件不能單獨證明障礙或原因。一次焦點折返可能值得檢查，也可能只是使用者改變主意。頁面瀏覽次數只計算有記錄到操作事件的頁面載入，不是全站流量，也不是不重複訪客人數；事件數也不等於失敗次數。請配合實際操作與回報內容確認。
看完之後，這週可以做什麼？
- 先對照事件期間、掃描日期與網站改版時間；最新保存的掃描不一定反映目前頁面。
- 挑一個頁面實際操作，例如篩選頁的條件選擇、結果更新及焦點移動。記下預期與實際結果；無法重現時保留待確認狀態。
- 在既有工作清單安排負責人、修正與重測時間。修正後在 Console 按「已修正，重新掃描」，下週的比較會列出已解決的問題；但仍要用修正後的頁面重跑同一流程，事件減少不等於修正完成。
